Shipping Policy

1.Free Shipping

1.1 Where possible we will endeavour to offer free shipping on non-bulky items available. Tthe shipping calculator will indicate to you if an item is free shipping or if a charge is applicable. 

2. Carriers

2.1 We use Australia Post eParcel services for most items sold on this website. For larger bulky items we may use different carriers such as Toll Logistics or TNT.  However, Bundy Outdoors reserves the right to change the carrier selected by the Customer where Bundy Outdoors feels that a different carrier can offer a better or faster service.

2.2 You can easily track your item from your account page to see the progress of your delivery.

3. Delivery Time 

3.1 Delivery times can vary depending on your location. We endeavour to dispatch your product as quickly as possible and in most cases this happens within 24 hrs, however our policy is to have your item dispatched with 2 business days.

3.2 Express Post: Please use the below estimated delivery times as not all locations are serviced by Australia Post Express Post guarantee, the Customer is encouraged to make their own enquiries if the Express Post service is suitable for you.

QLD: 1 Business Day

NSW, VIC, ACT: 1-2 Business Days

SA, TAS:  2-3 Business Days

WA: 3-4 Business Days

NT: 4-5 Busiess Days

If for any reason there is to be a delay in dispatching your item, we will contact you and inform you of expected time frame.

3.3 Please note that standard postage can take up to 2-14 days to arrive once dispatched.  We do offer postage rates for express delivery if you require your item sooner.  Please refer to our postage calculator and be sure to choose an express service when checking out if you require your item sooner.

3.4 Larger items or special delivery items may take a little longer as they may come direct from our suppliers, or require us to use other freight logistics, however most items will fall within the normal delivery timeframes.

3.5 With all purchases, tracking is supplied and can be followed through your login.

4. Out Of Stock

4.1 Occasionally we may have items on this site that are out of stock, this sometimes happens because we also run a very busy physical store.  If you purchase an item that is out of stock your order will be immediately placed on backorder and you will be notified of delivery time.  In most cases the delay is only the time needed for us to receive stock from our suppliers, however if the items delivery time frame falls outside your needs, we will happily refund your purchase .

5. Special Orders, Premium Order Products or Direct Supplier Supply

5.1 If you see an item on our site that is marked 'Special Order',  'Premium Order Product' or 'This item may be sent directly from the Supplier', this means that it is an item that we do not hold onsite in our Warehouse, however we can arrange for the item to be shipped to you directly.  Your item will still be shipped and tracked within the allotted time frame unless we contact you otherwise.  Please note Special Orders will not be sent until payment has been cleared.

5.2 If you item has not arrived by the alloted time frame please do not hesitate to contact us, however please be advised that we may not be able to assist your enquiry until the alloted time frame has expired due to Supplier requirements.

5.3 Cancellation of Special Orders may incur a cancellation fee, please see our Returns and Cancellation Policy for further details. If you wish to cancel a special order after it has been dispatched, you may also be responsible for transport costs to and from its origin of dispatch.  Please call us on 07 4152 3469 ASAP should you need to cancel a special order.

6. Delivery of Goods or Non-delivery of Goods


6.1 Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option.


6.2 All courier/postal services used are reputable companies and damage to products is extremely rare, however damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not liable or responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.


6.3. It is the sole responsiblity of the Customer to provide accurate and complete delivery address details. Where incorrect/Incomplete addresses are provided by the customer and delivery was not possible and the item(s) are to be returned to Bundy Outdoors, here the Customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs invloved in having the item re-sent to the Customer. If the customer does not wish to pay for additional postage costs, here a full refund of the original item purchase price will be refunded to the customer after the returned item has been inspected for any damages.


6.4 Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
